Pasta alla Norma, In Sicilian "pasta cu sucu di mulinciani", is a typical Mediterranean dish made with pasta, tomato sauce and fried eggplants, salted ricotta and basil. There are no official sources about its name, most says it recalls the famous Bellini's masterpiece, while others thinks its called that way because the first time the dish was made its taster said " this pasta is made by the Rule"
